Day 1- Kampala to Murchison falls national park.
After your breakfast in the morning, leave for Masindi. Lunch en route in Masindi and proceed to the park. Check in at Sambiya River lodge and start your wildlife safari with a hike to the top of the falls. Travel back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2- Game drive and Boat cruise.
A cup of coffee and go for a game drive around the park to view the wildlife species at the park such as Hartebeests, elephants, oribis, Roth’s child giraffes, leopards, hyenas, Uganda kob to mention but a few. Return to the lodge for breakfast, relaxation and lunch. Afternoon go for a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls for game views of kingfishers, elephants, crocodiles, buffaloes, hippos among others. Dinner and overnight at Red Chilli / Paraa Safari Lodge / Sambiya River lodge.
Day 3- Transfer to Kibale forest National Park.
Breakfast in the morning, leave for Kibale forest National Park. Lunch en route in Fort portal and continue to the park. Visit the Bigodi wetland sanctuary for primates such as colubus monkeys, bush babies, and bird views. Dinner with an overnight stay at Ndali lodge.
Day 4- Chimpanzee tracking and Birding.
After having breakfast, you will go to the park headquarters to be briefed about the “dos” and “don’ts” when tracking the chimpanzees. Head to the forest for chimpanzees and various bird species like the blue-headed sunbird, blue-breasted kingfisher, and African pita. Lunch at the lodge then travel to Queen Elizabeth National park. Overnight stay at Mweya Safari Lodge /Kyambura Game lodge (Luxury), Hippo Hill Camp / Ihamba Safari Lodge (Deluxe), Simba Safari Camp, King Fisher Lodge (Budget).
Day 5- Game drive and Boat cruise.
Cup of coffee and go for the morning game drive to encounter animals such as Uganda kob, topis, elephants, bushbucks, waterbucks, lions and a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relax. After lunch you will head to the Kazinga Channel for a boat cruise expecting to see different species of birds such as the African skimmer; rare shoebill stork, pelicans, papyrus gonolek and large numbers of crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes along the shores. Overnight stay at your previous Hotel.
Day 6- Chimp tracking and Nature walk.
After breakfast you will visit the Kyambura Gorge for guided walks to view the primates. After lunch you will visit Maramagambo forest for more primates, lake Nyamusingire, the blue lake and the python cave. Overnight stay at your previous Hotel.
Day 7- Drive to Kampala.
Enjoy breakfast and head back to Kampala. Lunch en route and a stop over at the equator for photography then proceed to Kampala. You may have a view of the various bird species at the Botanical gardens in Entebbe along the shores of Lake Victoria otherwise you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

We have just returned home after a 3 week tour around Uganda during February 2016. We have visited Pian Upe, Manyatta, Kidepo, Murchison, QEP, Kibale, Bwindi, Mhingha, Batwa and Lake Mburo.
We did a 10 day trip with ES in Uganda in May. Sadly we had some health issues but Robbert and Kenneth took real good care of us.
I was looking for a local tour company out of Kabale to take me on a customized tour of 3-4 days. Robert Basiima was so responsive with my inquiries and planning the trip.
