Chimps, Gorillas and Lions too! This 10 Days Wildlife Safari in Uganda will take you on a wildlife adventure across Uganda. You’ll join a group of like-minded people, jump in our 4WD vehicle and be guided by our local experts to see loads of wildlife, whilst staying in lovely hotels along the way.

10 Day Itinerary Starting in Entebbe International Airport (Uganda) and Ending in Entebbe or Kigali (Rwanda)
Day One:
Pick up from Entebbe airport and whisked off for a relaxing night in a hotel in the capital Kampala or nearby in Entebbe.
Day Two:
Travel to Murchison Falls National Park on the banks of the River Nile.
Day Three:
Morning game drive in the delta, the place with high concentration of wildlife and you might get to spot Lions, Elephants, Buffalos, Giraffe, lots of Antelopes, and more! Afternoon Boat cruise on the mighty Nile River to the base of the waterfalls. We’ll stay overnight at the park.
Day Four:
Passing beautiful tea plantations, stopping at the historical place of the Uganda Martyrs, arrive in Fort Portal town nearby Kibale Forest National Park. This park has one of the highest concentrations of primates in Africa, home to 13 species including one of our closest relatives, the Chimpanzee.
Day Five:
Chimpanzee Habituation experience – an experience where you find the Chimpanzees leaving their nests in the morning and get to of spend the whole day enjoying their way of life. You’ll also get to see lots of other primates, trees, birds, among other amazing wildlife.
Day Six:
Meandering through the Kasenda crater-lakes we to take you right to the equator (pictures essential!) and then on to Queen Elizabeth National Park. We’ll go on a 2 hour spectacular safari boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you’ll get up close to elephants, crocs, hippos, buffalo, water birds and lots more. Awesome photo opportunities here too!
Day Seven:
Take a morning game drive rich in wildlife including Lions, Antelopes, Buffalos, Elephants, Leopards, and more. Stop at Lake Bunyampaka salt lake for great views and see where local people extract salt manually from the Crater Lake. Travel to Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort on the shores of Uganda’s most spectacular lake.
Day Eight:
It’s time to see the big apes. Today you’ll be trekking mountain gorillas – this memorable experience can take from three to eight hours depending on the movements of the Gorillas. After tracking drive back through the impenetrable forest to Uganda’s most beautiful lake – no crocs, no hippos, very safe for swimming, and enjoy canoe or speed boattours, hiking, bird watching and lots of other activities. Relax at Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort.
Day Nine:
Free day to do as little or as much as you like!You’ll be staying at the family run Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort.
Day Ten:
Travel to Entebbe airport – to be discussed depending on the time of your flight.
