While spotting animals might be slightly challenging due to dense vegetation, this is the best time to see newborn animals. The park becomes a haven for bird enthusiasts, as this is breeding season thus attracting diverse species.

Nature walks and horseback safaris can still be enjoyed but may require sturdy gear due to muddy trails whereas Boat safaris remain a great way to explore Lake Mburo as water levels are high.

  • Lastly, for wildlife enthusiasts, dry seasons (June to September and December to February) are ideal for clearer game-viewing. For Bird Watchers, November to April offers a chance to see migratory birds alongside resident species.
